In home consult meeting with family regarding detailed results of child development assessment; along with detailed written report of findings, recommendations, and referrals to local providers and resources.

Fee is based on concept of minimum time allotted per family of 4 hours of contact.  Family request for additional hours are subject to additional rates.  Fee schedule will be provided.
