 Diane Becker has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and community groups.   Ms. Becker has advocated for children and families on a local, regional, state, and international level for access to education, healthcare, and mental health services. Her experience includes community mental health, public school settings, local hospitals for acute care and trauma, and private practice.     

Currently, Ms. Becker is in private practice providing individual and group consultation to clinicians seeking effective methods for change, as well as serving on the 2009 NASW/IL Conference Committee

Ms. Becker is currently a clinical facilitator as well as a public speaker delivering conferences to professionals and the general public.   This is an (EBP) evidence base practice approach which utilizes theory, research, and known methods of effective intervention to maximize success.
