Avenue For Change utilizes a systems based approach which provides practical tools and solutions that increase the quality and effectiveness of education and health services to clients and the community.

We achieve our mission through educational workshops / seminars, on-site demonstration sessions, individual/group coaching, publications, development of practical tools, and specifically tailored management systems. 

 All of our unique programs develop a customized approach utilizing the following framework:

  • Needs Assessment
  • Process Evaluation
  • Outcomes Evaluation

Our (EBP) Evidence Based Practice, is structured to utilize theory and research creating practical methods to maximize success.
